Lead day-to-day operations for a departmental team, optimize workflows and SOPs, monitor KPIs, coach supervisors, manage scheduling and budgeting, resolve bottlenecks, ensure compliance and quality, and report performance to senior leadership to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Participate in a structured leadership program working alongside department managers to learn operational workflows, coordinate team activities, monitor KPIs, support process improvements, assist with workforce planning, and develop skills to transition into an Operations Manager role.

Create accurate photovoltaic (PV) designs, plan sets, and BOMs meeting electrical and structural codes; coordinate with engineers and field teams, complete rework, and uphold quality and efficiency goals.

Supervise and support the Special Services Team to manage third-party work, electrical service upgrades, and financing change orders. Assign and review projects, perform quality assurance, coach agents, handle escalated customer issues, and help improve team performance and culture.
