Lead a designated team overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing employees, improving processes, monitoring performance metrics, supporting hiring and onboarding, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company standards within the solar division.

Prepare residential solar proposals by reading utility bills, entering data into a custom proposal tool, designing systems in Aurora, and coordinating with sales to deliver tailored proposals quickly and accurately.

Prepare and submit residential solar permit applications quickly, follow up with jurisdictions and customers, communicate across teams, and maintain timely email and queue management.

Serve as liaison between outside sales reps and internal teams to resolve customer issues, lead cross-functional projects, monitor project timelines, create reports and training, and act as primary escalation point for customers while completing special projects to support residential solar sales.

Lead and quality-assure a Special Services customer support team handling third-party work, electrical service upgrades, and financing change orders. Assign and review projects, coach agents, handle escalations, manage daily productivity, and support manager-driven process improvements and training.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve homeowners' concerns, follow scripts, identify needs, research issues, provide solutions, and build sustainable customer relationships to keep solar projects moving forward.

Create accurate photovoltaic (PV) designs, plan sets, and BOMs meeting electrical and structural codes; coordinate with engineers and field teams, complete rework, and uphold quality and efficiency goals.

Manage lender inboxes and bulk lender requests, assist with submissions/resubmissions, track open conditions and approvals, and support team production goals by ensuring accurate, timely lender communication and data submissions.
