Submit residential solar permit applications, monitor approval statuses, provide weekly customer updates, answer questions, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain timely email communication. Coordinate third-party work for residential solar installations (re-roofs, trenching, electrical upgrades). Manage projects from assignment through completion, liaise with utilities, AHJs, contractors, sales, and internal teams, ensure inspections and documentation, verify completion and submit contractor payments, and drive process improvements for re-roofing and electrical coordination.
