Teams at Ion Solar

Supervise and support the Special Services Team to manage third-party work, electrical service upgrades, and financing change orders. Assign and review projects, perform quality assurance, coach agents, handle escalated customer issues, and help improve team performance and culture.

Serve as liaison between outside sales reps, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, monitor solar project timelines, create reports, provide trainings, and manage escalations. Lead complex projects requiring cross-department coordination, clear communication, and timely solutions to increase cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate third-party work for residential solar installations (re-roofs, trenching, electrical upgrades). Manage projects from assignment through completion, liaise with utilities, AHJs, contractors, sales, and internal teams, ensure inspections and documentation, verify completion and submit contractor payments, and drive process improvements for re-roofing and electrical coordination.
