Lead the design and development of scalable Azure data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, and related Azure services. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, troubleshooting, mentoring, and engineering best practices. The consultant works with multinational stakeholders to standardize finance processes across entities while ensuring compliance with local regulations, IFRS, and GAAP. The role also requires functional documentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration with technical teams.

Lead global Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management rollouts, template design, localization, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support. Configure inventory, procurement, sales, distribution, planning, asset management, and warehouse processes. Conduct fit-gap analysis, manage incidents and SLAs, support O2C and P2P processes, and collaborate with finance, manufacturing, technical, and global stakeholder teams.

Designs and executes automated end-to-end tests for AI-powered IVR flows and intent recognition. Builds conversational AI evaluation suites and benchmarks for developer unit testing, creates test cases, and partners with developers to improve quality across conversational interactions. Requires expertise with Google Enterprise CX, Dialogflow, IVR testing, and conversational AI automation testing.

Designs and reviews Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical solutions, including integrations, customizations, performance optimization, multithreading, debugging, and data management. Resolves complex production and technical issues, reviews X++ code, supports Azure DevOps deployments, and ensures solutions are scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe. The role also involves Dual-write, Dataverse, Electronic Reporting, automation scripts, database concurrency, and deployment pipelines.

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and PySpark. Build Azure-based ETL and ELT solutions with Data Factory, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Databricks, Synapse, and Azure SQL. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and transformations; troubleshoot pipeline issues; collaborate with technical and business teams; and follow engineering best practices using Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira.

Owns full-cycle enterprise and mid-market sales for AI, GenAI, and data analytics solutions, focused on acquiring net-new logos. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, techno-commercial solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, executive presentations, closing, onboarding, early expansion, and C-level relationship management. The role also leads SDR/BDR pipeline development, mentors junior sales representatives, coordinates with presales and delivery teams, and helps build the company’s sales function.
