Lead the design and development of scalable Azure data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, and related Azure services. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, troubleshooting, mentoring, and engineering best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support data warehousing, lakehouse architecture, and governance initiatives.

Manage Azure administration and DevOps infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, and microservice deployments. Deploy and scale AI and ETL workloads using Azure services, Python, and PySpark. Implement DevSecOps, secrets management, RBAC, monitoring, logging, governance, and Git-based collaboration while supporting Agile development practices.

Lead global implementations, rollouts, localization, configuration, and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Responsibilities include finance module configuration, fit-gap analysis, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, incident management, and month-end close support. The consultant works with multinational stakeholders to standardize finance processes across entities while ensuring compliance with local regulations, IFRS, and GAAP. The role also requires functional documentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration with technical teams.
