Build and maintain databases, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines for client data solutions. Consult with clients to translate technical needs into data architectures, ensure data quality and governance, optimize system performance, and support secure, compliant data integration. Collaborate with data integration engineers, business analysts, software engineers, and technical and non-technical stakeholders in a client-facing role.

Lead database platform operations and expansion across multiple products: select, design, prototype, develop, test, implement and optimize cross-database solutions and replication (Oracle GoldenGate), ensure performance tuning, document work, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams while using Linux and shell scripting.

Operate, design, prototype, develop, test, and implement database solutions across multiple engines (Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora, MySQL, DB2). Optimize data models, implement replication (Oracle GoldenGate), build cross-database solutions, document work, and recommend improvements while supporting multiple product lines.

Manage end-to-end delivery of InVita software solutions, defining scope, plans, milestones, and success criteria; lead project teams, manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction; conduct postmortems and implement improvements.
