Manage the full contract lifecycle for customer, partner, and vendor agreements (MSAs, TSAs, SOWs, BAAs, DPAs, NDAs). Maintain a centralized repository, track key dates and obligations, support redlining and negotiations, improve templates and CLM processes, assist with vendor insurance and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA), and produce tracking reports and dashboards.
