Coordinates the campus front desk, greets visitors, answers and routes calls, maintains visitor and staff contact records, issues access tags and parking discs, supports workplace security, and manages office supply inventory and deliveries. Provides administrative support to departments while serving as the primary point of contact for the campus.

Supervise postgraduate students in animation and digital arts throughout their independent research and dissertation projects. Responsibilities include one-on-one and group guidance, detailed feedback, assessment and grading, academic integrity oversight, progress monitoring, student support, program meetings, and accurate administrative recordkeeping. The role requires advanced qualifications in animation or digital arts, substantial creative media industry experience, postgraduate teaching or supervision experience, and proficiency with online learning systems and office software.

Represent the SAE Institute brand to acquire students through external marketing, referrals, and brand initiatives. Deliver presentations, engage audiences, manage customer experience, leverage social media, and use MS Office and CRM tools. Maintain excellent English communication and local mobility.
