Field-based sales role to maximize utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System by developing local sales plans, training surgical teams, driving system and accessory sales, converting leads, and supporting OR integration and clinical adoption.

Develop and iterate on a next-generation medical robotics platform: learn and extend existing C++ codebase, design experiments, build production-quality, modular software, collaborate with controls/mechanical teams, and maintain medical device design control documentation.

Support European month-end and quarter-end close activities by consolidating financial and commercial data, preparing accruals and recurring reports, building/maintaining BI dashboards, analyzing variances, and driving process improvements and automation.

Support NPI manufacturing for Ion Accessories by developing and qualifying processes, performing EFTs, validating test methods, resolving process/hardware failures, ensuring compliance with quality/regulatory teams, and creating work instructions and training for production.

Own and govern accounting policies for inventory, COGS, and R&D. Lead technical accounting analysis, memos, and cross-functional implementations. Partner with IT, FP&A, SEC reporting, and auditors to improve processes, controls, reporting, and automation while providing close-period analysis and oversight.

Design, implement, and validate control algorithms and distributed electro-mechanical systems for surgical robots. Integrate hardware/software prototypes, develop teleoperation and real-time embedded software, perform safety analysis and testing, lead early systems engineering, and document and protect intellectual property to transition concepts toward productization.
