Lead product management for next-generation robotic surgical platforms: define roadmap, gather customer and clinical insights, create market and product requirements, drive cross-functional development and tradeoffs, manage global launches, measure adoption, and support business development and commercialization.

Support transfer of new robotic surgical products from prototype through V&V and launch by developing manufacturing, assembly, calibration, and test processes; implement custom assembly/test equipment; use statistical methods (DOE, Cpk, Gage R&R) and PFMEA to validate and control processes; provide daily pilot line support and DFM input to R&D.

Lead thermal and structural modeling for next-generation robotic-assisted surgery systems.
