Manages high-volume medical device production operations, including staffing, training, performance management, production metrics, quality and safety compliance, lean manufacturing, process improvements, material disposition, budgeting, capacity planning, and cross-functional issue resolution. Leads supervisors and production teams while supporting audits, CAPA, process validations, engineering transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build scalable backend services and APIs supporting robotic surgical fleets and application workflows. Develop configuration management and telemetry ingestion capabilities, implement automated testing in CI pipelines, contribute to CI/CD and observability, and ensure service documentation, health endpoints, and uptime monitoring. Collaborate with embedded, infrastructure, product, security, and quality teams while supporting distributed systems reliability, troubleshooting, incident management, and compliance requirements.

Provides onsite and remote consulting, training, and implementation support for Intuitive surgical technology and instrument reprocessing programs. Advises hospitals on reusable medical-device handling, regulatory compliance, standardization, efficiency, troubleshooting, and cost containment. Manages customer engagements, analyzes reports and data, collaborates with sales and support teams, tracks implementation progress, supports events, and reports customer complaints. Requires substantial AEMP or sterilization experience, strong communication skills, German and English fluency, and extensive overnight travel.

Supports da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery utilization by providing clinical support during operating room procedures, training surgeons and hospital staff, implementing robotic programs, managing key accounts, resolving customer issues, and driving instrument and accessory sales. The role also develops clinical plans, supports market events, mentors new hires, manages billing-related tasks, and partners with sales teams to grow hospital adoption.

Develops actionable market intelligence to inform business decisions across Intuitive business units. Conducts and manages primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research; analyzes data; identifies marketplace opportunities; reduces decision-making risk; presents insights and recommendations; collaborates with customer insights and competitive intelligence teams; and manages external research vendors and consultancies.

Leads human factors research and design engineering for robotic surgical systems, instruments, and accessories. Develop sales strategies, train surgical teams, support operating-room integration, provide clinical expertise across specialties, drive procedure adoption with key opinion leaders, sell instruments and accessories, support regional events, and manage sales administration.

The role requires hands-on collaboration across mechanical, materials, manufacturing, and clinical disciplines.

Lead cross-functional small molecule drug development programs from preclinical studies through clinical development and NDA submission. Coordinate CMC, nonclinical, clinical, and regulatory activities; manage integrated plans, budgets, timelines, risks, suppliers, and deliverables; and report program status to executive leadership and governance committees while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Coordinates cross-functional teams, submission plans, regulatory interactions, inspection readiness, CAPA, quality systems, risks, commitments, vendors, budgets, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Leads hospital consulting engagements to improve robotic surgery program implementation, operating room efficiency, staff training, cost containment, standardization, access management, and asset utilization. Partners with hospital executives, clinical teams, commercial groups, and cross-functional stakeholders; analyzes data, develops recommendations, manages complex initiatives, trains and mentors team members, supports product launches, and drives sustainable change adoption.

Develop and maintain software build and release systems, custom Git workflows, continuous integration processes, and developer productivity tools. Collaborate with software managers, developers, and test engineers to support release cadence, traceability, documentation, impact analysis, and quality. The role requires Python or related programming experience, Linux proficiency, complex-systems troubleshooting, and strong communication and analytical skills.
