Lead territory strategy and manage Clinical Sales Managers to grow da Vinci surgical programs. Drive sales, forecast quotas, launch new products, build hospital relationships, oversee hiring/training, and coordinate with marketing, clinical, and executive stakeholders. Travel up to 60%.

Design and build scalable data pipelines and full-stack Python data applications (Dash/Panel/FastAPI) integrated with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, S3 and REST APIs. Optimize data models, ensure data quality and monitoring, support CI/CD and containerized deployments, collaborate with supply chain and operations stakeholders, lead engineering decisions and mentor junior engineers.
