Develop sales strategy, coach salespeople, partner cross-functionally, manage territory planning and forecasting, drive customer engagement and change management, and support field selling into surgical environments to grow revenue and product utilization.

Lead and grow a regional digital sales organization to drive adoption of Intuitive's digital surgical products (My Intuitive+ and da Vinci 5). Hire, coach, and manage salespeople; develop go-to-market and account strategies; align cross-functional teams; oversee territory planning, forecasting, and performance metrics; enable product adoption and change management; and act as customer advocate to inform product and commercial strategy. Frequent field selling and OR access required.
