Teams at Intuitive

Leads European commercialization and lifecycle management for Intuitive’s Multiport surgical robotics portfolio, including positioning, go-to-market strategies, value propositions, product launches, sales enablement, portfolio performance analysis, and reference-center development. Partners with global and regional marketing, sales, training, clinical, and operations teams to drive adoption, utilization, and commercial growth across customer segments.

Own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement of Digital Technical Support capabilities and software. Partner with service, engineering, design, leadership, and global stakeholders to identify customer and support needs, develop business cases, secure funding, launch solutions, and measure outcomes. The role includes market research, voice-of-customer analysis, cross-functional leadership, product launches, and subject matter expertise for digital service operations.

Owns design-for-serviceability strategy and service user requirements for medical device products. The role gathers customer and service feedback, evaluates opportunities using analytics and financial analysis, develops business cases, creates serviceability roadmaps, and manages requirements documentation. It partners with engineering, product management, services, and leadership teams to improve installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and upgrades across current and future products.
