Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives including complex calendar management, meeting and event logistics, office/shared-space management, preparation/editing of correspondence and presentations, and coordination of company-wide events. Act as liaison for internal and client meetings, manage confidential information with discretion, and lead special projects from conception to execution.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for persona-based workflows: identify problems, build vision and roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, drive execution with engineering, and manage adoption, maintenance, and sunsetting to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Support go-to-market by building and maintaining demo environments, assisting RFPs, managing internal knowledge, learning the Introhive platform, contributing AI/automation ideas, collaborating with Sales, Solutions Consulting and Product, and shadowing senior consultants to grow into customer-facing roles. Travel to events and client sites as needed.

Lead the integrated Product Management and Marketing functions to drive growth, establish product vision, and ensure commercial success through strategic market insights and team leadership.
