Provides IT support for software, hardware, networking, internet connectivity, POS systems, printers, and scanners. Documents and routes tickets, collaborates on technical solutions, monitors customer infrastructure, and supports system availability. The role includes customer and team communication, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and required training on cloud and cybersecurity technologies.

Provides first-level technical support, troubleshooting, ticket documentation, infrastructure monitoring, and customer assistance. Supports desktops, laptops, applications, networks, POS systems, printers, and connectivity issues. Performs server and network patching, escalates tickets, collaborates on technical solutions, and helps improve IT service quality and efficiency.

Design, build, and deploy production agentic AI systems for internal operations and client-facing services. Own AI architecture, agent orchestration, integrations, deployment pipelines, governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Develop productized AI offerings, evaluate emerging platforms and LLMs, define KPIs, and connect deployments to measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with executive and engineering teams while establishing the foundation for a scalable AI practice.
