Design, build, and deploy production agentic AI systems for internal operations and client-facing services. Own AI architecture, agent orchestration, integrations, deployment pipelines, governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Develop productized AI offerings, evaluate emerging platforms and LLMs, define KPIs, and connect deployments to measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with executive and engineering teams while establishing the foundation for a scalable AI practice.

Lead Intras Cloud Services’ enterprise sales and partner co-sell strategy, including Microsoft, AWS, and CrowdStrike ecosystems. Build sales playbooks, pipeline operations, team structure, and predictable ARR growth while personally managing complex C-suite deals. Recruit and develop enterprise sales talent, optimize CRM and partner portals, align with marketing on campaigns, and establish revenue performance frameworks. This is an in-office player-coach role in Dallas.

Own a portfolio of client accounts across delivery, project management, go-lives, QBRs, renewals, retention, expansion, and adoption. Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver on time and budget, resolve issues, identify account risks, and lead executive client interactions. Gather voice-of-client feedback for delivery and product decisions, manage vendor outreach and quote workflows, and use AI tools to improve client research, analysis, and execution.
