Own the full lifecycle of AI use cases from discovery to production. Build and integrate AI-powered applications and workflow automations, partner with stakeholders to scope and validate solutions, review and harden AI-generated code, implement testing/monitoring/logging, and contribute reusable patterns and documentation while working closely with the Enterprise Applications Architect.

Handle inbound/outbound calls from lottery retailers, troubleshoot equipment and software issues, explain technical information to non-technical clients, dispatch technicians, and document incidents using tracking/help-desk tools under manager supervision.

Design and develop high-performance backend systems, build microservices-based applications, collaborate with teams, support stakeholders, and keep abreast of Java trends.
