Create and execute test plans and cases across integration, FAT and other phases; report, track and follow up defects to resolution; work with development teams; support test preparation and execution, including functional and mobile testing.

Handle inbound/outbound calls from lottery retailers, troubleshoot equipment and software issues, explain technical information to non-technical clients, dispatch technicians, and document incidents using tracking/help-desk tools under manager supervision.
