Develops test plans and cases from functional requirements, executes preparation, integration, and factory acceptance testing, and tracks defects through resolution. Requires a degree in a technical field, 0–2 years of software testing experience, knowledge of operating systems, networking, databases, and mobile technologies, plus familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, or similar testing tools. Automation scripting and video lottery terminal testing are advantageous.

Lead end-to-end Early Life CRM campaigns across onboarding, welcome journeys, cross-sell, and retention. Use segmentation, customer insights, A/B testing, and performance reporting to improve engagement, ROI, and long-term value. Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Activation, MarTech, Insights, and customer teams while ensuring responsible gambling compliance. Own campaign strategy, delivery, optimization, promotional value, stakeholder communication, and process improvements, including AI and automation initiatives. Mentor junior colleagues and champion Early Life activity across UK ventures.

Manages enterprise technology projects from planning through operational transition, coordinating software development, infrastructure, systems integration, testing, releases, and production activities. Develops project plans, tracks milestones and dependencies, manages risks and issues, coordinates distributed teams and vendors, and communicates status to customers, management, and senior stakeholders. The role requires strong technical delivery knowledge, stakeholder management, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
