Manage, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux, UNIX, Windows, virtualization, storage, backup, cloud, and container infrastructure. Design and support IT infrastructure, deploy operating systems and middleware, enhance applications, contribute to automation and continuous improvement, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires systems administration expertise across Linux, AIX, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft environments, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS, along with 3–5 years of IT experience.

Leads bid management and proposal development for state, government, and commercial gaming opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional bid teams, gathers and synthesizes technical input, writes and edits compliant proposal content, develops solution strategies, and presents company value propositions. Maintains knowledge of lottery and gaming market trends, supports sales pipeline management, and ensures proposal quality, consistency, accuracy, and timely submission.

Coordinates marketing content across web, email, social, retail, and promotional channels. Drafts, edits, proofreads, and formats materials; maintains content calendars; manages digital assets and CMS updates; and supports campaign, product, and player communications. Collaborates with marketing, compliance, operations, product teams, designers, and external partners to ensure accurate, on-brand, regulatory-compliant content. Monitors performance and assists with optimization recommendations.
