Own the global Rightsline platform, serving as its product owner and superuser. Lead deployment, configuration, governance, workflow design, integrations, reporting, training, and adoption across business units. Translate stakeholder needs into requirements and standardized future-state processes, optimize media rights and licensing workflows, coordinate releases and escalations, and partner with engineering, architecture, legal, editorial, and business teams across global time zones.

Build and manage data pipelines, storage, refresh processes, dbt models, curated datasets, and semantic models across Microsoft Fabric and AWS. Establish Kimball dimensional modeling standards, support Power BI analytics, and maintain data quality through automated validation, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting. Document pipelines, datasets, lineage, and runbooks while enforcing secure access, version control, code reviews, environment separation, and controlled releases. Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own and grow assigned client accounts: build senior relationships, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, coordinate delivery with technical teams, respond to RFPs, and ensure timely value delivery and revenue targets.
