Design, build, and operate large-scale search and retrieval platforms and backend services. Develop ETL/ingestion pipelines, implement semantic/vector search and RAG solutions, optimize retrieval strategies, manage OpenSearch/Elasticsearch clusters, and deploy cloud-native AWS solutions while monitoring and troubleshooting production performance.

Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript. Implement state management, build reusable components, write unit tests, collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, participate in code reviews, and improve frontend architecture while delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant user experiences.

Drive new-logo acquisition and net-new demand generation in Argentina by building qualified outbound pipelines, selling consultatively to C-level and senior technology leaders, representing intive’s brand, and generating revenue. The role requires independent execution, strong sales performance, a technology or business background, Argentine or LATAM selling experience, and native Spanish with strong English communication skills.
