Leads government affairs and regulatory strategy for large-load energy infrastructure across Texas and the South Central region. Represents the company before utility commissions, grid operators, agencies, and industry associations; builds policymaker and stakeholder relationships; advances energy infrastructure priorities; manages advocacy campaigns, coalitions, consultants, lobbyists, and legal advisors; and translates regulatory developments into business strategies. The role supports development, permitting, engineering, and community engagement teams and may manage regional staff.

Lead end-to-end development of utility-scale wind, solar, storage, natural gas, and load projects. Responsibilities include project strategy, risk assessment, financial and valuation modeling in Excel, commercial structuring, contract negotiations, cross-functional team coordination, budget and schedule management, and development through construction handover. The role requires expertise in power project development or M&A, energy markets, interconnection, permitting, land control, and PPAs.

Evaluate utility-scale clean energy and power infrastructure opportunities across U.S. markets. Analyze sites, grid capacity, transmission constraints, permitting, and project economics using GIS, financial models, and AI optimization tools. Manage project budgets, schedules, reconciliations, and leadership reporting while collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Permitting, utilities, land agents, and counsel. Support projects from early strategy through construction and help shape scalable market-entry and portfolio-growth strategies.

Leads budgeting, liquidity forecasting, cash flow modeling, financial reporting, scenario analysis, and capital planning for large-scale energy and data center projects. Partners with treasury, project finance, accounting, capital markets, and executives to guide capital allocation and establish scalable forecasting processes. Mentors FP&A analysts and improves modeling standards, workflow automation, and tool usage.

Support the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of clean energy PPAs, BESS and gas tolls, pipeline transportation, storage, and gas supply contracts. Build counterparty relationships, manage ISDA and NAESB agreements, evaluate market opportunities, and partner with modeling and strategy teams to price transactions, assess risk, and develop financeable commercial structures for power and natural gas projects.

Lead quantitative risk analysis and reporting for physical and financial natural gas positions. Build and maintain Python/SQL/GCP-based risk models, valuation tools, and BI reports. Monitor portfolio exposures, ensure data quality, support mark-to-market valuation, and advise trading, origination, operations, and leadership on market risks and governance.

The Optimization Engineer will lead the development of optimization platforms using real-time data and asset intelligence to make automated market decisions while enabling collaboration between teams for operational excellence.

Lead design and technical oversight of high-voltage and medium-voltage systems across renewable energy projects, ensuring efficient project delivery and ongoing technical support.
