Build and lead a 24/7 Integrated Operations Center in Austin to operate utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, and gas assets. Recruit and train NERC-certified operators, oversee real-time dispatch and compliance with NERC/ERCOT standards, lead incident response as Incident Commander, and coordinate cross-functional operational execution to ensure reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Support delivery of utility-scale energy and data center projects by tracking budgets, schedules, contracts, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, review invoices and EPC documentation, prepare progress reports, and enable timely handoff to Operations. Assist Project Managers across one to two projects through substantial completion.

Manage budgets and monthly cost reporting for multiple large-scale energy construction projects. Maintain Excel-based cost tracking, produce cash-flow and estimate-to-complete forecasts, perform earned value and cost analyses, review invoices and support payments, prepare executive presentations, and improve project controls processes and documentation. Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to provide timely financial visibility and support construction-phase decision-making.
