The role is based in Oakville five days per week and requires regular travel throughout South Western Ontario.

Leads a paralegal team managing landlord-tenant legal matters across a residential portfolio. Responsibilities include overseeing LTB applications and hearings, maintaining complex caseloads, reviewing documentation and ledgers, interpreting legal orders, negotiating settlements, coaching staff, improving workflows, and advising internal stakeholders on residential tenancy legislation. The role requires an Ontario-licensed P1 Paralegal with at least five years of relevant experience and is fully office-based five days per week.
