Lead execution of the CRRD data roadmap: standardize collection and definitions, integrate programmatic, awards and finance data, deliver dashboards and reports, champion systems of record (Integra, OTIS, Salesforce, PID), drive AI/automation in data workflows, manage a cross-functional product team, and embed change management and data governance across country teams.

Provide clerical and administrative HR support across the country program: maintain employee records and HR trackers, draft contracts and orders, process document workflows per Ukrainian law, support payroll data and leave management, and assist HR Officers with routine HR requests.

Lead clinical quality assurance and supportive supervision for reproductive health services across facilities and community platforms. Provide on-site coaching, training, competency assessments, supply management oversight, HMIS data quality monitoring, community engagement, reporting, and mentorship. Compile programme data, recommend corrective actions, support recruitment and staff development, and ensure rights-based, client-centered service delivery while traveling across the assigned province.

Provide clinical quality assurance, supportive supervision, training, and capacity building for reproductive health services across health facilities and community platforms. Monitor counselling quality, supply chain, HMIS data, and workforce performance; conduct competency assessments, coaching, and reporting to improve programme outcomes.

Provide strengths-based, client-centered intensive case management to vulnerable refugees and ORR-eligible clients. Assess eligibility, create SMART self-sufficiency plans, coordinate services (medical, financial, social, vocational), document in ETO, conduct outreach, respond to crises, and track progress every six months.

Lead the Prospect Research & Management team to deliver high-value donor research and due diligence, translate fundraising strategy into research plans, manage CRM and subscription tools, drive innovation in methodology and procurement, build strategic relationships with fundraising leadership, and line-manage and mentor a team to increase philanthropic support.

Provide trauma-informed casework and outreach for refugees and vulnerable clients: enroll clients, maintain case files and data, coordinate DEPTH research participant outreach and surveys, assess needs, make referrals, deliver light-touch crisis support, and assist team and program activities.

Lead and manage IRC-NY immigration legal services, supervising attorneys and a DOJ-accredited representative; oversee NY Pro Se Assistance and low-cost legal services, develop intake and case policies, manage grants and monitoring, provide limited direct representation, ensure data and compliance, integrate volunteers and interns, build community partnerships, and coordinate with HQ Legal Services Technical Unit.

Provide strengths-based, client-centered intensive case management to vulnerable refugees and ORR-eligible populations. Assess eligibility, create SMART self-sufficiency plans, coordinate health and social services, document services in ETO, conduct outreach, respond to crises, and track financial assistance. Work includes field visits, community partnerships, trainings, and occasional weekend/evening duties.

Administer, configure, maintain, and support the IRC ServiceNow platform including core modules, catalog items, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, and upgrades. Provide Tier 1/2 support, assist with scripting and customizations, participate in testing and releases, produce documentation and training, and collaborate with stakeholders under Senior System Administrator mentorship to improve platform stability and user experience.

Manage local donor cultivation, volunteer and intern programs, and in-kind donation efforts for the Phoenix office. Build community partnerships, coordinate donation events, track volunteer and donation records, and support fundraising goals alongside the Development Director and programs.

Lead INEE's partnership to expand and adapt a Quality Assurance Facility for AI EdTech in crisis contexts. Provide technical leadership for benchmarks and rapid evaluations, contribute thematic EiE expertise (e.g., MHPSS, school safety), engage INEE membership to capture practice and needs, represent findings externally, and support strategic thought leadership and project management for evidence-driven AI EdTech quality assurance.

Provide cultural mediation and information to newly arrived refugees and migrants at disembarkation points and reception centers, identify persons with specific needs (including trafficking and GBV survivors), facilitate referrals, support protection monitoring and data collection, and coordinate interventions with protection specialists and inter-agency actors.

Lead fundraising, communications, and volunteer programs for IRC San Diego. Set and execute annual development and communications plans, cultivate donors and grants, manage special events and in-kind donations, supervise Volunteer Coordinator and interns, ensure CRM and reporting accuracy, coordinate with HQ, and represent the office in community and media engagements.

Manage monthly and weekly financial operations including cash forecasting, bank and cash reconciliations, journal entries, donor-compliant coding, payroll review, audit support, and staff financial supervision. Ensure strong internal controls, accurate financial reporting via Integra ERP, and compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies.

Lead advanced prospect research and management for US-based high-net-worth donors: produce confidential profiles, develop pipeline and data-driven strategies, advise senior fundraisers, manage tools (CRM, subscription databases), drive process and tool innovation, run special projects, and mentor junior staff to increase philanthropic revenue.
