Support immigration casework for refugee and asylee clients: conduct intakes, prepare and review USCIS applications (I-131, I-485, I-765, N-400, I-134), maintain case files and data, assist with RFEs and interview rescheduling, participate in citizenship workshops, and perform administrative tasks under legal staff supervision.

Provide administrative support to the Program Supervisor: manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, maintain client records and databases, assist with event logistics, data entry, grant/report preparation, communications, and office operations while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive refugee data.
