The role designs market-linked livelihood programs, conducts labor and value-chain assessments, strengthens relationships with government, private-sector, financial, and local partners, and promotes inclusive economic participation for refugees and vulnerable Jordanians.

Leads end-to-end HR delivery for field staff in Kakuma, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, reporting, training, and staff development. Supervises field HR personnel, supports managers with disciplinary matters, maintains personnel records, coordinates statutory registrations, and promotes safeguarding and professional standards in a multicultural humanitarian environment.
