Develop a submission-ready DANIDA Business Partnerships proposal for IRC Uganda. Responsibilities include reviewing donor requirements, refining the commercial business case, analyzing markets and financial assumptions, facilitating stakeholder consultations, developing the narrative and results framework, aligning the budget and implementation plan, managing revisions, and conducting quality assurance. The consultant will coordinate IRC teams, private-sector partners, consortium members, and finance staff to produce a competitive, evidence-based proposal within a maximum 10-day engagement.

Manages public and private grant prospecting, proposal development, budgets, pre- and post-award compliance, reporting, and subaward agreements for the Denver office. Supports donor stewardship, fundraising goals, special events, corporate engagement, and in-kind donations. Coordinates with leadership, finance, programs, headquarters, funders, and partners while maintaining grant files and internal workflows. May supervise staff, interns, volunteers, and AmeriCorps members.

Supports immigration legal services by reviewing client documents, answering questions, organizing applications and notices, updating Lolly Law records, assisting with translations and application completion, conducting immigration research, and supporting outreach and community partnerships. The internship serves refugees and other newcomers and requires in-person work in Silver Spring for at least four months during the Spring 2027 semester.
