Leads the programme’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy, including logframes, theories of change, adaptive MEL methodologies, baseline development, data systems, KPI reporting, Value for Money tracking, and evidence-based adaptive management. The role coordinates MEL across provinces and outcomes, ensures GESI-disaggregated data, supports donor reporting, and builds government capacity to strengthen education monitoring systems.

Provides trauma-informed case management to refugees and eligible immigrants. Conducts intake and eligibility screenings, develops self-sufficiency and employability plans, coordinates referrals, advocates for client needs, tracks progress, maintains detailed case records, and collaborates with community partners. The role includes outreach, benefits assistance, reporting, volunteer support, and regular travel throughout the service area to transport clients or materials.

Lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects for the IRC, translating organizational priorities into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include structured problem-solving, evidence-based analysis, senior stakeholder advising, consensus building, project team leadership, quality review, and coaching. The role supports strategic and organizational change, manages multiple priorities in a global environment, and requires strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and project management skills.
