Provide strategic leadership for IRC Poland's Economic Empowerment portfolio: design and expand programs, secure funding, conduct market assessments, ensure MEAL and program quality, manage and mentor the EE team, build donor and partner relationships, and advocate for refugee economic inclusion.

Provide strengths-based, client-centered intensive case management to vulnerable refugees and ORR-eligible individuals. Conduct intake and eligibility assessments, develop SMART self-sufficiency plans, coordinate healthcare and social services, track financial assistance, document services in ETO, perform outreach, respond to crises, and liaise with local/state refugee and health coordinators.

Produce, edit and publish video and multimedia content for InfoSheba, handling the full production cycle: research, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, subtitling, platform adaptation, archive management and frontline user responses, ensuring editorial accuracy, safeguarding and community-centered communication.
