Leads IRC Jordan’s Economic Recovery and Development portfolio, overseeing market systems development, vocational and technical training, financial inclusion, partnerships, budgets, grants, reporting, staff performance, and regional coordination. The role designs market-linked livelihood programs, conducts labor and value-chain assessments, strengthens relationships with government, private-sector, financial, and local partners, and promotes inclusive economic participation for refugees and vulnerable Jordanians.

Leads end-to-end HR delivery for field staff in Kakuma, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, reporting, training, and staff development. Supervises field HR personnel, supports managers with disciplinary matters, maintains personnel records, coordinates statutory registrations, and promotes safeguarding and professional standards in a multicultural humanitarian environment.

Leads IRC’s CAMEX country program across Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. Oversees strategic direction, program quality, growth, donor-funded portfolios, financial and operational compliance, security management, partnerships, fundraising, external representation, and staff development. The role requires guiding multidisciplinary teams in complex humanitarian environments, maintaining services for displaced and vulnerable populations, and expanding programming in coordination with regional leadership.
