Lead and supervise multi-year CD projects, coordinate regional CD centers and experts, design training and diagnostic missions, and contribute to analytical and research work and technical guidance for IMF member countries.

Provide HR operations support including processing HR transactions and allowances, responding to employee inquiries, conducting audits and reconciliations, supporting recruitment lifecycle tasks, maintaining records and procedures, recommending process improvements, using HR systems and AI-enabled tools, and training back-up staff.

Lead and deliver public financial management capacity development, design and manage multi-year PFM projects, coordinate regional TA centers and experts, advise IMF area departments on PFM priorities, and contribute to FAD analytical work and donor reporting.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to SEETAC staff and Regional Advisors, including scheduling, travel and event logistics, document preparation and editing, informal English-Italian translations, virtual meeting setup, participant management, minute-taking, expense processing, and maintaining filing systems and outreach materials.
