The Research Analyst will support economic analysis through data gathering, econometrics, and statistical analysis while managing databases and contributing to reports.

Provide administrative, editorial, logistical, and technical support for IMF divisions: produce and proof documents to IMF style, manage internal review workflows, coordinate travel and events, maintain filing systems, manage calendars and communications, and provide first-line systems support.

Provide administrative and organizational support to the Non-Concessional Lending Division: manage workflow, monitor priorities and deadlines, proofread and transmit documents, schedule and prepare meetings, process eReview submissions, arrange travel and expense reports, and support division staff under minimal supervision.

Provide broad administrative support to the Pacific Islands Division: draft, proofread, and format documents; manage workflow, schedules, and deadlines; organize meetings and missions; maintain physical and electronic records and databases; provide first-line technical support; liaise with vendors and field offices; ensure compliance with Fund policies and reporting.

Provide regional tax policy capacity development for SEETAC member countries: design and deliver country and regional programs, advise on direct and indirect tax reforms, perform revenue impact and quantitative analysis, manage short-term experts, organize trainings, coordinate with IMF/FAD and partners, monitor CD impact, and report progress to SEETAC management and stakeholders.

Support the Secretary's front office by modernizing Board processes through digital design, AI-enhanced analytics, and interactive visualizations. Deliver dashboards, multimedia content, and PowerPoint briefings; manage Board data, meeting logistics (Annual/Spring Meetings, IMFC), and front office workflows. Collaborate across teams to implement IT/AI solutions, automate reporting, and provide ad hoc HR, budget, and administrative support under tight deadlines.

Lead and participate in macroeconomic capacity development missions, design and implement TA projects, develop analytical tools and models (FPP, QPM, DSGE), deliver external/internal training, manage project implementation and reporting, contribute to divisional analytics and tool development, and support departmental initiatives to strengthen fiscal forecasting and policy analysis in central banks and finance ministries.

Support FAD budget team in planning, executing, and monitoring departmental budgets across funding sources. Responsibilities include managing travel and expert salary budgets, processing requisitions and invoices, coordinating TRACES time reporting, managing year-end accruals, supporting seminar/translation budgets, preparing medium-term budget analytics, monitoring petty cash and P-card expenses, and collaborating with finance, HR, IT and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting in iBBIS, CDMAP, TRACES, and PeopleSoft.

Provide regional capacity development in public financial management for SEETAC member countries: design and deliver technical assistance and training on MTBF, public investment management, fiscal risk, fiscal rules, and cash management; manage country and regional work programs, coordinate with IMF, donors and partners, supervise short-term experts, monitor impact, and report on results.

Provide technical assistance and lead regional and country-level capacity development in tax administration across SEETAC member countries. Design and implement reform programs in compliance risk management, digital transformation, organizational reform, and core tax functions; manage experts, deliver training, coordinate with IMF, donors and partners, monitor impact, and report on results.

Provide logistical, administrative, and program support for learning and leadership development initiatives. Coordinate vendors and participants, manage budgets and invoices, maintain databases (PeopleSoft, Workday), administer surveys and analyze results, update websites and SOPs, and assist with ad-hoc HR projects and coaching programs.
