Build effective relationships with national authorities and donors in multicultural environments.

Translates business requirements into scalable Azure-based architectures, develops and integrates applications, supports upgrades and cloud migrations, and oversees service delivery, maintenance, security, monitoring, and vendor-managed enhancements. Provides subject matter expertise across translation, interpretation, library, and learning management solutions, including AI-enabled language technologies.
