Provide policy development, monitoring, and implementation for securities markets and fintech regulation. Support FSAP, Article IV surveillance, technical assistance, and supervisory standard assessments. Liaise with standard-setting bodies (BCBS, IOSCO, IAIS), deliver capacity-building, and contribute to policy analysis and special projects related to asset management, digital assets, and fintech supervisory challenges.

Provide capacity development and technical assistance on public financial management (macro-fiscal, budgeting, fiscal risk, public investment, cash/debt management, digitalization). Lead and supervise multi-year CD projects, coordinate regional CD centers and experts, design training and diagnostic missions, and contribute to analytical and research work and technical guidance for IMF member countries.

Provide HR operations support including processing HR transactions and allowances, responding to employee inquiries, conducting audits and reconciliations, supporting recruitment lifecycle tasks, maintaining records and procedures, recommending process improvements, using HR systems and AI-enabled tools, and training back-up staff.
