Supports risk-based internal audits and advisory engagements across business processes and IT. Performs control testing, data analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation of audit evidence; develops clear findings and recommendations; communicates results to stakeholders; tracks action plans; applies AI-enabled tools and contributes to time-bound audit initiatives and projects.

Provides regional advisory and capacity-development support on anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism across Latin America and the Caribbean. Responsibilities include advising governments, conducting assessments and missions, developing AML/CFT frameworks, leading workshops, preparing reports, and coordinating with IMF staff and international organizations. The role is based in Barbados and requires frequent regional travel and occasional travel to IMF headquarters in Washington, D.C.
