Provide high-level administrative support to a Deputy Director and senior Front Office staff: manage complex calendars and travel (including TIMS), prepare and proofread briefing materials, coordinate events and departmental processes, guide junior coordinators, liaise with IT and facilities, and ensure smooth administrative operations under minimal supervision.

Provide and coordinate capacity development and advisory services on AML/CFT for IMF member countries in Eastern and Southern Africa; participate in missions and assessments; organize workshops; draft and review AML/CFT frameworks; liaise with regional partners and Fund teams; prepare reports and documentation; reside in Dar es Salaam and travel frequently within the region.

Manage and analyze CDMAP data, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, strengthen data quality and governance, automate reporting and pipelines, deliver validated data products and presentations, and collaborate with business owners and IT teams to produce decision-ready analytics.
