Gather and verify information, create and update case records in CCMT/Dynamo, route and escalate cases to appropriate clinical, transport, or assistance teams, verify eligibility, and document actions accurately to ensure timely, coordinated support.

Lead HR for Assist America integration into IMG, document and harmonize HR policies/processes, ensure US employment law compliance, advise leaders on workforce planning, manage employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, administer compensation/benefits and HR operations, and support regional/global HR projects.
