Requires at least a bachelor’s degree, two years of grant management experience, three years of French financial and narrative reporting experience, strong partnership facilitation skills, and fluency in French.

The Finance Manager leads financial operations for IDLO’s Niger Country Office, overseeing accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash and bank management, grants and sub-grants, audits, compliance, internal controls, and financial risk management. The role supervises finance staff, supports programme teams, coordinates donor reporting, conducts monitoring and field visits, and ensures adherence to IDLO policies, donor requirements, IPSAS, and national regulations. The position also serves as audit focal point for operations in Somalia and Kenya.
