Provides administrative, logistical, and coordination support to a country office programme team. Responsibilities include arranging travel, missions, meetings, workshops, and conferences; processing requests; administering consultant contracts; preparing meeting and briefing materials; maintaining programme records; and compiling data for reports and presentations. The role requires strong organization, communication, record management, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to field locations.

Provides legal and analytical support to Ukrainian vetting and selection commissions. Reviews candidate dossiers, validates integrity and financial information, drafts tailored integrity questions, analyzes responses, prepares candidate profiles, coordinates working groups, and supports testing, interviews, and practical assignments. Requires a law degree, 1–2 years of judicial or anti-corruption reform experience, legal drafting, research, analytical and communication skills, and Ukrainian proficiency.

Leads IDLO’s strategic engagement with EU institutions, Belgium, and Brussels-based stakeholders. Develops EU engagement plans, monitors policy and funding opportunities, supports resource mobilization and proposal development, builds partnerships, advances policy advocacy, and coordinates internal EU engagement. Provides analysis to senior management, organizes high-level outreach, and supports organizational visibility. The role requires extensive EU institutional experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, project management capability, and willingness to travel to field locations.
