Candidates should have APAC experience, donor-funded program expertise, strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, analytical ability, excellent writing, and familiarity with major international donors including DFAT, FCDO, USG, ADB, World Bank, and MFAT.

Lead financial and enterprise diagnostics for refugee-owned MSMEs in Poland. Provide training and one-to-one coaching on financial management, cash flow, budgeting, profitability, loan and grant readiness, and access to commercial, microfinance, leasing, and alternative funding. Develop practical financial tools, engage finance providers, facilitate introductions, and translate diagnostic findings into actionable growth and financing roadmaps and reports.

Develop and support regulatory and operational frameworks for effective oversight of TVET providers and programs in Belize. The role focuses on TVET quality assurance systems, accreditation and certification frameworks, vocational qualifications alignment, competency-based education, and institutional reform. Candidates must have substantial experience in Belize or Caribbean small-state education and TVET systems, with strong knowledge of regional implementation realities.
