Requirements

- A strong background in international development within the APAC region, preferably with consulting firms or managing contractors.
- A history of successfully leading or delivering complex programs while managing diverse partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Deep familiarity with the mechanisms of major international donors (such as DFAT, FCDO, USG, ADB, World Bank, MFAT, or similar institutions).
- Agility in fast-paced, cross-cultural work environments and the capacity to pivot alongside shifting project demands.
- The analytical prowess to distill complicated challenges into actionable insights for a variety of audiences.
- Exceptional writing capabilities, demonstrated through the production of clear, compelling briefings and technical reports.
