Manages the post-award lifecycle for grants administered through ICCT’s European office, including award setup, reporting, budgeting, compliance, regranting, subcontracting, funder engagement, and closeout. Maintains audit-ready records in Salesforce and other systems, monitors risks and expenditures, coordinates with finance, legal, and international program teams, supports regulatory compliance, and develops grants-management training and process improvements. The role is based in Berlin and collaborates across global offices and time zones.

Owns the organization’s security platforms and daily security operations across global offices. Responsibilities include administering EDR, SIEM, IAM, MDM, VPN, firewall, email, and cloud security tools; monitoring threats; responding to incidents; conducting risk assessments and audits; managing access controls; supporting GDPR and LGPD compliance; coordinating security awareness training; reviewing vendors; maintaining policies; and communicating risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Conduct quantitative research on low-GHG renewable fuels for marine and aviation sectors, including cost, lifecycle emissions, and availability analyses. Develop technical reports, policy briefs, figures, and recommendations for policymakers, industry, and other stakeholders. Present findings, support outreach events, and collaborate with global research teams and external partners. The role focuses on Indian and international fuels policies and requires strong analytical, communication, and research capabilities.

Supports research on China’s environmental transportation policies and the transition to zero-emission technologies. Duties include statistical analysis, database work, report translation, outreach-material drafting, and ad hoc research support. The intern collaborates with heavy-duty vehicle researchers and works onsite in Beijing at least two days per week. Strong Mandarin and English skills, quantitative abilities, and knowledge of transportation, vehicle emissions, automotive technologies, or environmental data are preferred.

Support Beijing office research on zero-emission transport policies in China: conduct statistical analysis, assist report translation and outreach materials, and perform ad-hoc tasks under research staff guidance.

Conduct quantitative research and data analysis to support light-duty vehicle decarbonization policy in Mexico and Latin America. Collect and analyze datasets, develop expertise in specific technologies or models, author publications, present findings at public and private forums, organize outreach, and engage with government, NGOs, academics, and industry stakeholders to inform regulatory design and implementation.
