Support China communications through research, literature review, basic data analysis, drafting and editing content, translating materials, maintaining the Chinese website and WeChat, assisting event planning and execution, and other communications tasks under guidance of the Communications Manager.

Support Beijing office research on zero-emission transport policies in China: conduct statistical analysis, assist report translation and outreach materials, and perform ad-hoc tasks under research staff guidance.

Lead technical and policy-relevant research on conventional and electric light-duty vehicle technology, costs, and electrification. Collect and analyze data, maintain databases, write reports and outreach materials, present findings, and engage policymakers. Senior level adds project leadership, strategy development to influence policy, and staff supervision and mentoring.

Supports daily office operations through event coordination, meeting and workshop logistics, supplies management, visitor reception, internal communications, basic IT vendor coordination, and special projects. The role requires bilingual English and Chinese communication, strong organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability at least three days weekly for six months in a cross-cultural nonprofit environment.

Provide desktop and systems support across Mac, Windows, and Linux; administer cloud services (Office 365, Azure, Exchange), device management (JAMF, Intune), backups, and networks; onboard/offboard staff; manage assets/licenses; support videoconferencing and collaborate on IT procurement, security, and integration efforts.

Support research on EV charging infrastructure: conduct technical and quantitative analysis, draft reports and communications, and assist with project tasks under researcher guidance.

Conduct quantitative research and data analysis to support light-duty vehicle decarbonization policy in Mexico and Latin America. Collect and analyze datasets, develop expertise in specific technologies or models, author publications, present findings at public and private forums, organize outreach, and engage with government, NGOs, academics, and industry stakeholders to inform regulatory design and implementation.
