Conduct research on low-GHG renewable fuels for marine, aviation, and road transport. Analyze fuel costs, life-cycle greenhouse-gas emissions, and availability; develop policy recommendations; write technical reports and policy briefs; create accessible figures; present findings; and collaborate with policymakers, industry, external partners, and global research teams.

Conduct research on EU and International Maritime Organization policies for maritime-sector decarbonization. Analyze shipping energy use, emissions, and policy alternatives; develop recommendations to reduce emissions and air pollution; write publications; present findings; support briefings and workshops; collaborate with governments, NGOs, colleagues, and consultants; and review project work.

Support Beijing office research on zero-emission transport policies in China: conduct statistical analysis, assist report translation and outreach materials, and perform ad-hoc tasks under research staff guidance.
