Leads accounting and financial reporting for assigned brands, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement review, variance analysis, general ledger oversight, fixed assets, leases, intercompany transactions, internal controls, audits, and process improvements. The Director of Marketing will build and lead demand generation, field marketing, and performance marketing across multiple home services brands. Responsibilities include managing paid media, SEO, email, SMS, automation, local marketing, budgets, KPIs, attribution, vendors, marketing technology, and revenue reporting. The role leads team development, presents results to leadership and the board, and partners with operations, call center, revenue operations, BI, accounting, and HR. Travel within the region may reach 30%.

Engage shoppers at retail partner locations, introduce home service solutions, identify interested homeowners, and generate qualified leads that convert into appointments. The role requires accurate lead submission, achievement of performance goals, professional brand representation, and comfort standing and approaching customers throughout scheduled shifts.
