Manages post-closing mortgage loan activities, including collateral receipt, auditing, shipping, insurance, mortgage insurance activation, MERS transfers, and investor suspense resolution. Maintains warehouse and readiness reports, ensures loans meet purchase SLAs, and coordinates with borrowers, agents, branches, underwriters, and closers. Acts as team subject matter expert, escalates and resolves issues, improves workflows, trains staff, and provides managerial backup.

Manage timely closing and funding of approved loan transactions by drawing closing documents, preparing and auditing Closing Disclosures, coordinating with title/closing agents, ensuring lender conditions are met, and providing customer-focused communication.
