Build and maintain dealer, distributor, and end-user relationships; generate leads; present proposals; create quotes with technical teams; negotiate and close orders; coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, installation, and service; maintain daily CRM updates and develop weekly/monthly sales plans and forecasts.

Manage multiple EasyWMS implementation projects across US/Canada/Mexico, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and go-live success; coordinate resources, client relationships, change control, KPI/data collection, weekly reporting, and post-go-live performance monitoring.

Implement and configure Easy WMS at customer sites: gather requirements, write technical specifications, program on platform using C# and LINQ, validate systems, provide on-site training, troubleshoot, and support post‑sale. Frequent travel to client sites across the U.S.
