Leads the aftersales process from qualification through negotiation and contract completion, prepares proposals, conducts consultative meetings, maintains CRM records, coordinates with internal teams, monitors customer satisfaction, and travels to customer sites across the United States up to 25% of the time.

Leads production and logistics planning across U.S. manufacturing plants and distribution centers. Coordinates material and work flows, manages SAP production schedules, analyzes capacity and delays, adjusts plans to meet customer demand and delivery targets, reduces scrap and obsolete inventory, and collaborates with production, sales, shipping, engineering, and management teams.
