Oversee Pontiac shipping operations and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate inventory transactions, cycle counts, warehouse performance, and compliant shipping documentation. Coordinate with production, sales, customer service, and purchasing teams; develop workflows, schedules, and employee training; investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Maintain safe, organized warehouse operations in compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements.

Manages production planning, inventory accuracy, warehouse processes, material availability, and logistics system transactions using SAP, EASY WMS, and Excel. Develops production sequences, replenishment strategies, layouts, lean process improvements, and performance indicators. Coordinates inventory adjustments, physical counts, defects, returns, transportation orders, supplier communications, and cross-functional support for sales, purchasing, logistics, production, and customer service teams.

Provides administrative support to the Plant Manager in a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating weekly bonus payments with payroll, managing special projects, printing production labels, communicating with departments and vendors, maintaining timekeeping records, and tracking employee hours and PTO. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, email, and PC systems.
