As an Application Developer, you'll contribute to our mission by creating innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency while supporting our sustainability goals.
Position Purpose
You will play a key role in designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing our Microsoft 365 platforms, with a focus on SharePoint development. This includes SharePoint Online, Azure, and PowerApps platforms. You will:
- Develop cutting-edge applications and workflows to empower global teams.
- Design and implement solutions that transform business processes.
- Provide expert-level support for SharePoint applications, ensuring seamless operation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions tailored to business needs.
This role is global in scope and offers flexibility, including remote work options and time in lieu for after-hours engagements.
Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and deploy innovative SharePoint Online applications that streamline global operations and support sustainability initiatives
- Analyse and resolve end-user issues for SharePoint application in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Keeps up to date with competitor information and market trends; identifies business opportunities for the organisation
- Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and all other controls relating to data management, protection, retention, and security
Qualifications and Experience Required
- 3 years + relevant development experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, REST API’s, ajax, CSS.
- Experience working with MS Power Automate
- Strong experience managing content on SharePoint sites, including Lists, libraries, documents
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Computer Science or similar is desirable
- Any formal training/certifications in coding platforms is desirable
