Handle inbound receipts and outbound shipments in the WMS, communicate with customers and drivers, process orders and EDI, verify inventory and paperwork, assist with reconciliation and billing, and serve as liaison between warehouse operations and customers.

Lead and execute national channel sales strategy through independent manufacturers' reps to grow revenue, acquire new dealers, and improve rep and dealer performance. Build territory plans, coach reps, monitor pipelines and forecasts, use CRM and sales data, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the company at trade shows and customer visits. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and corrective actions for rep agencies.

Supervise local shuttle drivers and yard jockeys, coordinate dispatch and staffing, enforce safety and hours-of-service compliance, manage customer communications, assist with asset allocation, and provide administrative documentation for billing and operations.
