Supports students and graduates with resumes, interviews, job searches, and career development. Builds employer and community relationships, conducts outreach, coordinates externship placements, tracks graduate employment outcomes, monitors local job trends, and teaches career courses. Collaborates with campus leadership, faculty, Admissions, and academic departments to connect students with training-related employment opportunities.

Administers the college’s financial planning department, ensuring student aid is accurately awarded and disbursed. Responsibilities include collecting accounts receivable, supporting re-registration, completing internal audits, and processing student separations with proper documentation and notifications. The role requires knowledge of student aid programs and Title IV administration, along with strong organization, accuracy, customer service, and communication skills.
