Manage student employment and placement outcomes for the campus; maintain employment assistance database; build relationships with employers and externship sites; support Director of Education in developing and monitoring externship placements.

Act as a bilingual (Spanish/English) community outreach ambassador: attend local events, visit businesses and community sites, distribute promotional materials, and generate qualified prospective student leads for admissions. Part-time, flexible schedule with transportation required.

Guide prospective students through the enrollment process for a VESL program via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings. Conduct admissions interviews and campus tours, build rapport, recommend appropriate programs, follow up to convert leads, develop community referral sources, represent the school at outreach events, maintain CRM records, and meet enrollment goals.
