Provide career coaching and job-search support to students and graduates, build employer relationships, coordinate externships, track placements, monitor local labor trends, conduct outreach, and teach assigned career development courses.

Guide prospective students through the enrollment process for a VESL program by contacting leads, conducting interviews and tours, recommending programs, performing community outreach, maintaining CRM records, and meeting enrollment goals.

Manage student employment and placement outcomes for the campus; maintain employment assistance database; build relationships with employers and externship sites; support Director of Education in developing and monitoring externship placements.
