Conduct admissions interviews, campus tours, and follow-up with prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments. Build relationships, recommend educational programs, develop community referral sources, represent the college at outreach events, maintain CRM records, and meet enrollment goals. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, sales experience, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and on-site availability.

Provides administrative and coordination support for academic departments, including student registration, reporting, meeting documentation, onboarding materials, filing, regulatory data preparation, communications, and day-to-day departmental operations. Interacts professionally with faculty, students, guests, and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality, organization, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Enroll prospective students by managing leads, conducting interviews and campus tours, administering entrance testing, explaining academic programs, completing enrollment files, coordinating with campus departments, generating referrals, and meeting enrollment goals. The role requires strong communication, customer service, sales or recruiting experience, ethical conduct, and the ability to understand and address prospective students’ educational needs.
