Lead the Legal & Compliance function, advise executives, manage legal risks, oversee franchise regulatory compliance and multi-state FDD filings, and handle corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment matters, and regulatory obligations. Supervise legal professionals, coordinate external counsel, provide training, and implement AI-enabled legal technology and workflow improvements. The role is remote or hybrid with approximately 10% travel.

Lead enterprise organizational development, culture, and leadership strategy. Design leadership programs, change management, succession planning, performance frameworks, and employee experience initiatives. Partner with executives to use data and Predictive Index insights to improve engagement, capability, and organizational effectiveness across a multi-site company.
