Inaugural procurement leader to build and enforce end-to-end source-to-pay. Responsibilities include policy design and enforcement, strategic sourcing (RFI/RFQ/RFP), vendor master and contract management, PO governance, AP operations oversight, spend analytics, and cross-functional partnership to deliver measurable cost savings and control compliance.

Manage assigned season ticket member accounts to drive renewals, retention, referrals, add-ons and upgrades. Provide proactive, bilingual customer service, maintain member records, run reporting, plan member events, liaise for home games, and identify improvements to the member experience.

Prospect, cultivate, and close group ticket sales through cold-calling, appointments, and networking. Meet sales targets, manage customer relationships, plan group events/themes, maintain accurate sales records, represent the club at events and on game days, and support team and community sales initiatives.

Manage partner activation and execution of contractual sponsorship elements, build and retain partner relationships, develop activation strategies and upsell/renewals, track KPIs/ROI, plan VIP hospitality and on-site activations, and coordinate cross-functional efforts for partner success.

Sell Inter Miami ticket inventory through cold-calling, appointments, and networking to generate new B2B business. Meet sales and prospecting goals, collaborate with Ticket Operations and Member Services, represent the organization at events, support game day activities, and maintain accurate sales records and high customer service standards.

Provide customer service and sell/distribute tickets for Inter Miami CF home matches and stadium events, assist with mobile ticketing, reconcile daily sales, and work flexible event hours.

Lead and execute the club's digital strategy to grow fans and revenue. Oversee website, social media, mobile app, content, paid campaigns, analytics, budget, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize engagement and ticket/merchandise sales.

Lead engagement with the Club's official supporter groups, oversee game day and away-match supporter operations, coordinate with Guest Services, Security, Ticketing, Marketing, and Community teams, develop supporter programs and benefits, manage ticketing needs, support fan-focused content and events, and run outreach initiatives to enhance matchday and community fan experiences.

Coordinate setup, breakdown, and inventory for events at Nu Stadium; lead and support part-time staff; maintain facility upkeep and operational readiness; assist cross-functional teams and complete special projects as assigned.
