Leads Inter Miami CF’s membership sales team by coaching representatives, managing pipelines and KPIs, developing sales strategies, generating new business, and driving revenue growth. The role includes recruiting and training staff, conducting sales activities, analyzing performance, supporting events and matches, and collaborating with Membership Services to ensure a strong customer transition.

Manages season ticket member services for Inter Miami CF, including team leadership, training, KPI and renewal tracking, member inquiries, database accuracy, benefits and event execution, match-day support, reporting, and experience improvements. Collaborates with CRM/BI teams and internal stakeholders while serving as a primary information liaison for home games and stadium events.

Generates new business and revenue by selling Inter Miami CF ticket inventory. Manages the full sales cycle through prospecting, closing, account development, and retention; maintains CRM pipelines; builds South Florida business relationships; meets sales goals; and mentors sales team members. Represents the club at games, networking events, and community initiatives while supporting client hosting and gameday experiences.
