Own customer success for enterprise clients in South Africa, leading onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, advocacy, and expansion. Build executive and cross-functional client relationships, translate business goals into analytics use cases, present measurable outcomes, and coordinate technical and data teams. Support sales discovery, account planning, regulatory compliance related to POPIA, regional community engagement, and talent development. The role requires strong commercial, analytical, communication, and client advisory skills across B2C analytics, CRM, CDP, digital marketing, or SaaS environments.

Provides HR and People Team administration across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining records, recruitment coordination, background checks, references, compliance support, and employee communications. The role also manages London office experience activities, food and supply orders, meetings, events, and workplace initiatives. It requires accurate handling of confidential information, coordination across competing priorities, and use of AI-enhanced tools to improve People processes and employee experience.

Lead technical pre-sales activities across UK, European, and African markets. Partner with Account Executives on discovery, solution design, demos, workshops, POVs, POCs, RFPs, and technical proposals. Translate customer challenges into credible AI and data solutions, engage technical and executive stakeholders, address data, privacy, and security questions, and collaborate with Product and Delivery to ensure successful implementation.

Partner with Account Executives across MENA to lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, workshops, POVs and POCs throughout the sales cycle. Translate customer challenges into credible AI and data solutions, address technical, privacy and security questions, support proposals and RFPs, and collaborate with Product and Delivery to ensure successful execution. Build trusted customer relationships and help develop the regional pre-sales capability.
