Develop and evaluate behavioral AI models using deep learning, transformers, sequence modeling, clustering, and NLP. Build production-ready models and customer prototypes, translate customer challenges into product capabilities, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams. Engage directly with customers, communicate technical insights commercially, and advance applied AI research for agentic AI products.

Leads the Client Success function, owning enterprise client outcomes, retention, adoption, ROI, and growth. Builds scalable processes, manages client projects, ensures operational excellence and ISO 27001 access-control compliance, and develops a high-performing team. Partners with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to support deal closures, deliver strategic workshops, and translate AI and analytics capabilities into measurable business value.

Own customer success for enterprise clients in South Africa, leading onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, advocacy, and expansion. Build executive and cross-functional client relationships, translate business goals into analytics use cases, present measurable outcomes, and coordinate technical and data teams. Support sales discovery, account planning, regulatory compliance related to POPIA, regional community engagement, and talent development. The role requires strong commercial, analytical, communication, and client advisory skills across B2C analytics, CRM, CDP, digital marketing, or SaaS environments.
