Provide executive support to the CEO and administrative support to the New Zealand Leadership Team, manage travel and corporate travel systems, coordinate office and facilities operations, handle communications and visitor management, organise meetings, catering and events, maintain inventory and onboarding packs, and promote a safe, professional workplace.

Perform accurate data entry, quality checks, and onboarding of EV charging assets and customer accounts. Verify third-party listings, maintain documentation, support account/admin requests, extract reports, and collaborate with sales, support, product, and partners to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

The Operations Improvement Analyst will troubleshoot and analyze operational issues, implement solutions, and improve system performance and efficiency while ensuring stakeholder collaboration and compliance with governance requirements.
