Leads Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams responsible for hardware product development from concept through manufacturing and support. Provides technical and people leadership, oversees design and verification, manages engineering projects, drives quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with manufacturing, supply chain, product, quality, regulatory, and customer success teams. The role requires expertise in electromechanical systems, manufacturing principles, SolidWorks, and regulated environments including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
