Own and execute manufacturing test strategy for electro-mechanical and electro-optical products in NPI and transition. Develop, transfer, and install test platforms and procedures, support production troubleshooting and yield improvement, author test documentation, coordinate test capability relocations, and ensure equipment readiness, compliance, and cost-effective manufacturing test operations.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination. Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media; partner with hiring managers; track recruiting metrics; ensure candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.

Support project engineering for optical/laser development and production: coordinate suppliers, analyze designs, develop specs and test plans, troubleshoot hardware/process anomalies, and collaborate across engineering, quality, program management and supply chain. May travel up to 10%.

Lead multiple DoD laser development projects, manage cost/schedule/technical execution, perform earned value analysis, mitigate program risks, estimate resources/materials, coordinate subcontractors, support proposals/BOEs, provide technical leadership and hands-on integration and testing, and transition products to operations and quality.

Develop, implement, and sustain test methodologies, equipment, and automation for electronic products. Troubleshoot production failures, drive root-cause corrective actions, standardize test processes, create documentation, and train technicians to ensure quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Coordinate and monitor production from job release to completion, maintain WIP flow, resolve material shortages and bottlenecks, communicate priorities across planning, production, purchasing, engineering, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Support program financial control and FP&A for defense contracts: maintain financial plans, perform earned-value analysis, prepare reports, forecast funding, develop EACs/ETCs, support proposal pricing, identify risks, and partner with program and functional teams to ensure contracts meet cost and schedule objectives.

Lead programs from inception to completion, managing cost, schedule, technical performance and customer relations. Coordinate proposals, SOWs, budgets, risk mitigation, cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within scope and gross margin targets. Mentor staff and support business development; up to 25% domestic/international travel.

Lead business development and capture for domestic and international DoD and OEM customers for electro-optical and tactical communications solutions. Build multi-year pipeline, shape opportunities, form teaming agreements, support proposals (RFI/RFP), and drive growth through customer engagement, capture strategy, and coalition building.

Lead development and qualification of manufacturing processes for high-reliability electro-optical and laser systems. Own process plans, drive root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions, define tooling/fixturing, support NPI and production transitions, perform DFMA/PFMEA, and mentor junior staff to improve yield, throughput, and producibility for defense programs.

Lead program execution from inception to completion for electro-optical laser systems. Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, contract negotiations, proposals, customer relationships, risk mitigation, and cross-functional teams. Ensure programs meet financial and strategic objectives, mentor junior staff, and support business growth. Requires travel (~25%).

Design, update, and reverse-engineer CCA/PCBA hardware to meet customer requirements; perform schematic capture, circuit analysis, simulation, test procedure generation, failure analysis, and design reviews; collaborate with cross-discipline teams and customers to mitigate risks and ensure products meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
