Responsibilities include workforce planning, defining technical roles, headhunting scarce talent internationally, designing technical assessments and scoring rubrics, managing the applicant tracking system, and developing the recruitment function. The role requires technical depth across engineering and research disciplines, hiring-manager experience, familiarity with AI safety and security, strong communication, and comfort with ambiguity.

Owns execution of high-assurance technical programs from scoping through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, contractors, documentation, and technical reviews. The role coordinates engineers, leadership, and external partners while establishing scalable program-management processes. Candidates need technical depth in systems, security, and infrastructure, strong communication skills, and at least five years of relevant experience. Experience in safety-critical, classified, defense, or government environments is preferred.
