Provide paralegal support for federal investigations and litigation: manage and review documents in eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw), assist with trial preparation, schedule hearings/depositions, draft memos/subpoenas/discovery letters, and liaise with litigation support and data management teams.

Provide substantive paralegal support to military justice attorneys: perform legal research, draft documents, schedule hearings, assist investigations, conduct court reporting/transcription, and support trials and hearings.

Provide litigation support to Department of Commerce attorneys: prepare, redact, and file court documents; assemble administrative records; redact PII; summarize exclusion requests; assist in Relativity reviews; track case status; prepare filings, clearances, calendars, and quarterly hours reports.

Provide legal case file review, conduct fact-finding and legal research, draft legal opinions and decisions, summarize claims and evidence, develop statistics and visuals to support litigation, and identify relevant records within document systems.

Prepare and review title and acquisition documents for easement enrollments and acquisitions. Review title commitments, search real property records, identify and document title exceptions, prepare title evidence packages, and provide title review reports and summaries. Support easement-related real property acquisition activities and ensure accuracy of title records.
