Provide paralegal support for federal investigations and litigation: manage and review documents in eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw), assist with trial preparation, schedule hearings/depositions, draft memos/subpoenas/discovery letters, and liaise with litigation support and data management teams.

Provide substantive paralegal support to military justice attorneys: perform legal research, draft documents, schedule hearings, assist investigations, conduct court reporting/transcription, and support trials and hearings.

Prepare and review title and acquisition documents for easement enrollments and acquisitions. Review title commitments, search real property records, identify and document title exceptions, prepare title evidence packages, and provide title review reports and summaries. Support easement-related real property acquisition activities and ensure accuracy of title records.
