The ServiceNow Developer designs, develops, and enhances ServiceNow applications and integrations, providing support in a secure federal environment and collaborating with stakeholders.

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, scripts, workflows, and integrations. Support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, ensure platform security and compliance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions in a secure federal environment.

Lead and manage a 10–15 person Tier 1 help desk team to meet SLAs and KPIs, oversee ticket queues and escalations, provide coaching and training, maintain knowledgebase, and drive ITSM-based process improvements and reporting.

Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise network and connectivity systems. Monitor infrastructure using WhatsUp Gold, Nagios, and ServiceNow; troubleshoot servers, storage, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Support Windows Server, on-prem storage, AWS/Azure connectivity, and VMware environments. Build and implement network infrastructure, write scripts for monitoring, manage incidents, and maintain network documentation to meet SLAs.

Own and grow a qualified pipeline across DOJ and new customers, leading capture for 3-6 priority pursuits. Manage relationships with program offices and contracting shops, run price-to-win analysis, lead teaming and proposal strategy, and report pipeline health and win probability to leadership.

Develop, test, and maintain SQL/PLSQL and Python solutions for BI reporting in Cognos and Oracle environments. Provide production support, ad hoc reporting, data modeling, performance tuning, QA, and translate customer requirements into analytics-driven BI reports.

Manage, provision, monitor, and optimize server infrastructure in AWS and Azure. Execute cloud migrations, implement automated patching and IaC, maintain hybrid environments, handle networking, identity, security, and cost optimization, and respond to incidents using cloud-native monitoring and automation tools.

Lead design and execution of hybrid on-premises and cloud architectures, plan and perform phased migrations, optimize network and storage, implement cloud networking and governance, integrate monitoring with ITSM, and maintain documentation and operational processes throughout the transition.

Design, build, test, and maintain Flask-based Python web applications. Implement secure backend services, APIs, authentication, certificate/HTTPS configuration, database integrations, deployments, and troubleshooting across cloud, on-prem, or hybrid environments while following SDLC best practices.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications for government and enterprise systems. Build and integrate APIs, support CI/CD deployments, ensure security/compliance, contribute to architecture and documentation, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Administer and maintain RelativityOne environments for federal eDiscovery, including user access, workspace configuration, data processing, analytics, review workflows, and productions. Troubleshoot platform issues, ensure FedRAMP/cloud security and chain-of-custody compliance, provide technical guidance to legal teams, and maintain SOPs and audit-ready documentation.
