Maintains and supports complex server, network, storage, virtualization, VoIP, remote-access, and F5 load-balancing infrastructure. Troubleshoots incidents, builds and configures physical and virtual servers, supports Windows and VMware production environments, writes operational scripts, manages WAN/LAN/MAN connectivity, analyzes performance and risks, and develops system documentation. Administers and engineers Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, performance optimization, access control, backup and recovery, replication, licensing compliance, reporting, and management of databases larger than 1 TB. Requires an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree, seven years of database administration experience, and specified Linux or Microsoft certifications.

Manage AWS and Azure compute infrastructure, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, security, networking, storage, identity, migrations, cost optimization, and incident response. The role also supports FISMA and NIST accreditation, evaluates system security controls, recommends improvements, and trains personnel on cybersecurity protocols.

Performs end-to-end testing for software applications, including UAT, manual, automated Selenium, unit, and system testing. Develops test scripts and plans, validates system behavior, traces requirements, manages test data with SQL, documents defects, and collaborates with development, UX, and business stakeholders to support implementation and remediation.

Provide senior technical guidance across network, application, database, data, systems analysis, and test engineering. Support application development, architectural planning, and enterprise system integration. Lead integration of clinical and diagnostic devices such as audiometers, ensuring accurate data capture and transmission into health IT systems. The role requires broad technical expertise and experience with federal or DoD environments.

Supports government health and human services products by assessing and improving user experience, accessibility, and human-centered design. Creates wireframes, prototypes, design standards, and reports; conducts user research, usability testing, heuristic analysis, and A/B testing; validates design decisions; tests screen-reader and responsive experiences; and collaborates with clients and development teams across multiple projects.

Lead design and execution of hybrid on-premises and cloud architectures, plan and perform phased migrations, optimize network and storage, implement cloud networking and governance, integrate monitoring with ITSM, and maintain documentation and operational processes throughout the transition.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications for government and enterprise systems. Build and integrate APIs, support CI/CD deployments, ensure security/compliance, contribute to architecture and documentation, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
