Maintains and supports complex server, network, storage, virtualization, VoIP, remote-access, and F5 load-balancing infrastructure. Troubleshoots incidents, builds and configures physical and virtual servers, supports Windows and VMware production environments, writes operational scripts, manages WAN/LAN/MAN connectivity, analyzes performance and risks, and develops system documentation. Requires extensive networking and systems experience, strong analytical skills, relevant certifications, a bachelor's degree, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Administers and engineers Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, performance optimization, access control, backup and recovery, replication, licensing compliance, reporting, and management of databases larger than 1 TB. Requires an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree, seven years of database administration experience, and specified Linux or Microsoft certifications.

Manage AWS and Azure compute infrastructure, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, security, networking, storage, identity, migrations, cost optimization, and incident response. Develop infrastructure automation and IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Support hybrid cloud operations and maintain compliance while administering server environments.
