Own HubSpot implementation and administration for clients and Intellibright, including portal configuration, data migration, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, pipeline setup, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and user support. The role also builds internal outbound infrastructure and contributes to growing the company’s HubSpot practice and client revenue.

Lead and scale the agencys Social Media function: set strategy across platforms, manage client relationships, mentor the team, implement AI-enabled workflows, build scalable processes, and own performance, quality, and client outcomes.

Part-time/intern Market Research Analyst supporting industry, persona, local, and content research. Produce actionable insights from sources like Census and Pew, surface SEO and channel opportunities, assist client interviews and case studies, and deliver research briefs that inform strategy and content across multiple client industries.
