Manage strategic enterprise accounts for a mental health benefits platform, overseeing implementation, adoption, engagement, reporting, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with senior HR and business stakeholders, deliver QBRs and impact reports, analyze utilization and outcome data, coordinate cross-functional teams, advise clients on program strategy, and translate feedback into product and service improvements.

Own full-cycle B2B sales across mid-market and enterprise customers in Asia. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline creation, consultative discovery, account strategy, customized proposals, complex negotiations, stakeholder management, forecasting, and closing new business. The role requires representing Intellect at regional events, building senior relationships, navigating procurement and legal processes, and operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Drive ANZ strategic and operational priorities across Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Revenue. Manage strategic initiatives, client go-lives, pipeline reporting, tender compliance, business cases, market research, and executive communications. The role acts as the ANZ General Manager’s operational partner, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, escalating decisions, and ensuring initiatives reach measurable outcomes with minimal supervision.
