The role serves banks, credit unions, wealth management firms, and other regulated financial clients while overseeing agreements, technology recommendations, client communications, documentation, and service quality.

Leads cloud services operations, infrastructure improvements, complex issue resolution, customer deployments, maintenance, automation, and technical documentation across private and public cloud environments. Collaborates with architects, mentors cloud engineers and administrators, recommends infrastructure and configuration improvements, and supports scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud solutions.
