Drives new business within an assigned territory and vertical by prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery, presenting tailored technology solutions, and managing the full sales cycle through contract execution. Builds pipeline, partners with internal teams on solution scoping and pricing, tracks sales activity in CRM systems, meets quotas, and stays informed on industry trends and competitive positioning.

Provide advanced desktop, server, and network support as first escalation for technicians. Maintain server and network infrastructure, deliver onsite support, document configurations, recommend improvements, and assist end-users troubleshooting technical issues.

Leads cloud services operations, infrastructure improvements, complex issue resolution, customer deployments, maintenance, automation, and technical documentation across private and public cloud environments. Collaborates with architects, mentors cloud engineers and administrators, recommends infrastructure and configuration improvements, and supports scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud solutions.
